On this Women’s Day, we celebrate the strength, resilience, and achievements of women all over the world. While we need to acknowledge the many accomplishments that women have made in various fields, we need to reflect on the unique challenges women face-particularly when it comes to mental health.
For many women, the pressure to meet expectations, manage multiple roles, and navigate societal demands can weigh heavily on mental well-being. From being housewives to leaders, professionals, and advocates, women often put the needs of others before their own. This tendency to nurture and care for others can sometimes lead to neglecting personal mental health, which is crucial for overall well-being.
